Recently there's been a surge of interest in plastic free products, a trend that we applaud. As consumers, we're wising up that solid soap bar is a better environmental choice than soap in bottles. 

Handmade soap is wonderful for cleansing our skin gently, however, when it comes to shampoo things get a little more complicated.

Our hair and scalp like a pH of around 5.5, which is lower than can be achieved in traditional soap bars (even the ones that are sold as shampoo bars).  

Our new balanced shampoo bars are best for medium to longer hair and are carefully designed to ensure the scalp is cleansed gently and hair stays healthy and strong.

• Organic ground coffee gives an amazing cleansing scrub for all hard-working hands (like gardeners, farmers, mechanics). We source our coffee beans from Zentveld's at Byron Bay and grind them fresh on-site. These are the same beans we use in our espressos (well, not the exact same ones, but you know what we mean!), full of caffeiney goodness. We find this blend much kinder on hands than traditional pumice.
